In the months since their son was killed, sparking a nationwide conversation on race and policing, Michael Brown's parents have been in demand, appearing on national television to talk about their loss and the protests that followed.
They called for justice before a United Nations committee in Geneva and filed a wrongful death suit against Ferguson, claiming the town's persistent racism played a part in their son's death.
