Without two of their top players until early December, the Blues will begin life without both Robert Thomas (fractured ankle) and Philip Broberg (lower-body) on Tuesday night against the Lightning.
Broberg was ruled out for four to six weeks on Monday following his injury on Saturday against Toronto. Thomas has already missed about two weeks, and the Blues have gone 2-3-0 without him.
Pierre-Olivier Joseph will fill in for Broberg on the second pair with Justin Faulk, while Scott Perunovich will draw into the lineup on the third pair.
The Blues will still be without Kasperi Kapanen (upper-body), Mathieu Joseph (lower-body) and Nick Leddy (lower-body).
