SLU looked its best two weeks ago, beating Loyola Chicago by 31, then blew a 14-point lead in a loss to Dayton.
SLU lost a big lead but came back with a strong finish, with 3-pointers by Isaiah Swope and Gibson Jimerson to beat Davidson 83-75 at the Atlantic 10 tournament.
Trailing with five minutes to go, Isaiah Swope hit two 3-pointers to put SLU ahead, then Gibson Jimerson hit two more.
