Devonte Morgan

Devonte Morgan, of St. Louis, was charged in a shooting that injured two St. Louis officers and a woman in a nearby building. The charge was upgraded to murder after the woman, Tamara Collier, died. Morgan was blinded in one eye from a previous shooting.Â

Devonte Morgan allegedly fired at least 10 rounds from an assault rifle at two gang squad officers who were patrolling in an unmarked car. Both officers were injured and a woman in a nearby building was struck in the neck.
