OVERLAND — A missing baby and her mother were found safe Tuesday, hours after police issued an endangered missing person alert for both.Â
Miranda Burnett and her 1-year-old daughter were reported missing by family after the woman did not drop off the baby with a family member on Monday afternoon, Overland police said.Â
The 31-year-old woman's texts had authorities concerned she may harm herself, police said. ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµ were also worried about the safety of the child, Harlow Rae Burnett, who they believed was with her.
A little after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Overland police Capt. James Morgan confirmed the two had been found safe in Maryland Heights.Â
Burnett had been in contact with some family members earlier in the day, he said.Â
