°¿±ô¾±²ÔÌýChief Executive John Fischer got an above-target bonus last year, but his total pay fell 19 percent to $6.3 million.
That's because, according to a filed March 1, Olin handed out smaller stock and option awards last year.Ìý
Fischer's $1.6 million in performance shares and $1.9 million of options were the biggest parts of his pay package. The performance shares' value will depend on Olin's shareholder return between 2018 and 2020.
Fischer's salary last year was $1.06 million after a 10 percent raise. His bonus came to $1.5 million, which was about 111 percent of the target amount. Other pay included $56,300 of life insurance premiums and $1,001 in perquisites, which weren't itemized.
