CVC President Kitty Ratcliffe's letter to Councilwoman Rita Days and NAACP President Rod Chapel
A letter dated Oct. 10 from Kitty Ratcliffe, President of St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission, to County Council Chair Rita Heard Days and Missouri NAACP President Nimrod Chapel Jr. responding to a complaint from St. Louis NAACP President Adolphus Pruitt that the CVC had failed to uphold an agreement over a recreation center in north St. Louis County.
